Unfortunately, Etsy cannot quote our style of shipping, so we ask customers to contact us before ordering. Our items ship fully assembled, which can be pricey to some areas of the country. We ship with smaller companies who are more like movers. The items are blanket wrapped and typically arrive in a box truck or truck and trailer. The service you are paying for is for threshold delivery only. While some carriers may assist or deliver in home, they are not required to do this. The driver should call within 24 hours of delivery. While they do try to schedule a time frame that works for you, they do typically have other deliveries so options may be limited.
