This farmhouse bench kit is sized to fit both 4-foot and 5-foot benches, making it ideal for a variety of home projects. Once assembled, the finished base measures approximately 44 x 13.5 x 16 inches for a 4ft bench, or 56 x 13.5 x 16 inches for a 5ft bench. These sizes work perfectly for dining benches, hallway seating, or rustic kitchen benches.
Each bench leg kit includes four turned furniture legs and custom-fit apron and skirting pieces. All skirting is hand cut, sanded, and predrilled with pocket holes to simplify assembly. Screws are provided to attach the legs to the skirting. No bench top is included.
The turned bench legs are crafted from durable rubberwood and are drop-shipped directly from our supplier. The bench skirting is made from solid wood, cut and prepared in our shop, and ships separately, meaning packages may arrive at different times.
This is a true DIY farm bench project. Assembly instructions are not included, so buyers should be comfortable assembling furniture using the listing photos as reference. Screws for attaching the bench top are not included, as top thickness can vary. For a standard 1.5-inch thick bench top, we recommend using 2.5-inch pocket hole screws.
